How long has Landry’s owned the Houston location? Are the others independently owned or mother-company owned?

Oceanaire Restaurant Company was acquired by Landry’s Restaurant Company at the end of April. Oceanaire Restaurant Company owned and operated all 12 Oceanaire locations.
